Littleworth has a Parish Meeting which covers parish affairs. It usually meets twice a year and elects a chairman and clerk to act on the meetings behalf. The annual budget is agreed in December or January and is collected as part of the council tax by the district council.

Council services are provided by the Vale of White Horse District Council and Oxfordshire County Council.
